Monday

9am – 45 minutes. Gentle morning pilates for all levels.

Tuesday

7am – 30 minutes. Pilates for all levels.

Wednesday

6.30am – 30 minutes. Fast & fit pilates, intermediate to advanced level.

Thursday

7am – 30 minutes. Fast & fit pilates, intermediate to advanced level.

Friday

It is just £20 for one month of online pilates. Payment can be made here
