5.15pm – 30 minutes. Fast & fit pilates, intermediate to advanced level.
Tuesday
7am – 30 minutes. Pilates for all levels.
Wednesday
6.30am – 30 minutes. Fast & fit pilates, intermediate to advanced level.
6.00pm – one hour. Pilates for all levels
Thursday
6.30pm – 30 minutes. Pilates for all levels
Friday
9am – 45 minutes. Fast & fit pilates, intermediate to advanced level.
