🌞 Keep pilates fit for summer 💪

Hello Lovely Pilates People,


 The summer is well and truly here – yeah! Some of us have been enjoying weekends in the garden and some of us have been lucky enough to get away for a few days. Team Boley are desperate to see the seaside, even though I really do not love the sand between my toes and in my sandwiches!! 

We should all be feeling full of sun-filled energy, but I completely appreciate that is not always the case. The best way to re-charge your batteries is to fill them full of healthy energy. There is a pilates class to help with that re-charge. Easy or hard, fast or slow, I offer pilates classes for absolutely everybody on every level. I promise you will feel better after joining in a class. Live class times vary from 7am to 7pm or catch up at any time to suit you. For August we are continuing online teaching only, although I am more than happy to come and teach in your garden on a sunny day (if you’re living in Herefordshire!!).

So, this brings me on to the big question of when can we get back to village hall classes for those in Herefordshire? From September I would love to start a small number of classes, although the constantly changing guidelines make it a challenge to be certain this could go ahead. The certainty is that I am able to create a one way system in both village halls and ensure small class sizes to maintain social distancing of 2 meters, as well and provide plenty of sanitiser and ask that you bring your own mats (I can order these for you). Masks will not be required. To help me form a plan for September can you answer this quick poll for me:

Private lessons will also be available from September and I can also teach you on a one-to-one basis using Skype or Zoom, just get in touch to book a lesson.
