What an action packed summer we have had. I don’t remember ever before spending so much time in the sea, river or swimming pool. Lucky people we are to have had such glorious weather. It has also made me realise that finding time for exercise can be hard, really hard with so many other things happening in our lives. But, you don’t always need to find one whole hour. If you can find 10-15 minutes just 4- 5 times a week, that is enough to get you started on your journey to a healthy and happier you. My classes start back in Titley from Wednesday 4th September evenings and Friday 6th September mornings. I’ve had so much lovely feedback and interest I am hoping to run more classes locally in other village halls.
