PILATES FOR BONES
We finish this year on Friday 13th December and restart on Tuesday 7th January.
What a glorious summer of sunshine. I hope you’ve all enjoyed our beautiful countryside (wearing your pilates pants of course!)
As we look towards the shorter days and (hopefully) wetter weather, it’s important to consider how we maintain our strength, not just in our core but in our bones and muscles. This is part of improving our ‘Healthspan’ (aka life in our years).
