“I can’t thank and recommend Helen enough”

I have been a pupil of Helen’s for around 15 months. At the beginning of my Pilates journey, aged 62 I had restricted movement in my left arm/ shoulder and very little flexibility, strength and balance. Then I “struck gold“ with Helen.

Under Helen’s excellent guidance and enthusiasm, she has given me back full mobility in my left arm and shoulder and an excellent quality of life. Helen taught me to work on and develop greater body strength, balance and flexibility. I now am stronger, fitter, and emotionally much healthier.

My favourite part of my lessons is working on the reformer, I find the large variety of exercises available exciting, which means no two lessons are ever the same. I always feel challenged to give my best.

I can’t thank and recommend Helen enough.
