You really need nothing more than motivation. What are you really waiting for? Life will pass you by. Pilates really is for everyone, including you.

Summer Timetable

Stretchy September is here. We are lengthening and strengthening our way toward the last third of the year, with so many opportunities to keep yourself supple and strong before the year is done, don’t wait, it’s never too late to start.

I can’t articulate more accurately the reasons why movement is so important than using this conversation I had with a client, who is a strong and supple octogenarian.

“I’ve had a great life, worked and partied hard but always found the time for a little exercise, everyday
…..I have a friend who has had a great life, but he has been far too busy for any exercise, any day.” 

Who do you think can still touch their toes and stride up a hill?

You have to get the movement and the muscle memory in to your body sooner rather than later. It will help you lead a stronger and more healthy life.

There is currently a short break in some village hall classes.
All availability is on Gymcatch.
You must book and pay on Gymcatch in advance to attend

You must cancel any booked classes or lose your payment if you don’t attend

Lyonshall: Mondays 7pm-8pm. Pilates for all levels (no classes 6/9/21)
Presteigne: Wednesdays 9am-10am. Pilates for all levels (no classes 8/9/21 & 15/9/21)
Titley: Wednesdays 6.15pm-7.15pm. Pilates for all levels (no classes 8/9/21 & 15/9/21)
Titley: Fridays 9am-10am Intermediate – Advanced level (no classes 10/9/21 & 17/9/21)
Titley: Fridays 10.15am-11.15am. Gentle pilates  (no classes 10/9/21 & 17/9/21)

You have three options to pay & attend. All bookings via Gymcatch.
Option 1: Book and pay in advance for all classes. £42 for 6 weeks or £35 for 5 weeks
Option 2: Buy a 5 class pass, it can be used for any community hall class and multiple classes a week. It gives you venue and date flexibility. £35 for 5 weeks. Buy here. You must remember to book your class space, because this pass is JUST the payment. You need to reserve your spot in class by selecting the class date and clicking book.
Option 3: Pay as you go each week. £7.75 to drop in if spaces available. Must be booked on Gymcatch or via email.
